I cant get my wind tunnel vacuum bag-less to pick up anything?

This thing has never worked right and I would have taken it back if I had not thrown away the box. Anyone who has one of these and knows how to get it to work? The handheld part picks up, it is just the floor part that is not getting any suction. I changed the filter for 30.00, and still will not suck up anything.

  1. check the bend in the hose right where it goes into the base of the vacuum by the brushes they get clogged there so easy it isn’t funny.
yes there is a hose there you may just have to remove a cover to see it.

  2. Does your vac have a beater bar? That’s the brush underneath vac that goes round and round where suction is supposed to suck up all the dirt.

If beater bar isn’t going round and round, you need a new belt which shouldn’t be an expensive item.

The belt is what holds beater bar in place. It could have just slid off and has to be put back into place. Sometimes when when vac gets caught on something it shouldn’t be caught on, the belt will come loose. It may not be broken at all.

Get your direction book out. The old say goes, "when all else fails" read the directions.

If that’s not the problem, check hoses. Something might be stuck inside.

Also, do you have a suction control on your vac? It may nead to be adjusted.

By the way, I don’t have the same vac you have. I was going by my vac. They’re all pretty much the same. If the beat bar isn’t going around, it’s usually the belt

One more thing – – – box or no box, as long as you have your receipt you can return. At least that’s what I would have done and have done. We usually keep the box of any new "whatever" for awhile just in case it needs to be brought back. You can break the box down, just hang on to it for awhile. However, you could still return with out box.

Hope I’ve been some help. I HATE vacuuming!

  3. sounds as if something has it clogged up. you’ve probably sucked up something and it has stopped the air flow. take it apart and see if there is something up in it. be sure all your filters are clean.
