My dad brought a DeLonghi xLence 2100w remote controlled vacuum cleaner about six months ago and I was cleaning the house today when my dad was away and I changed the bag and cleaned out everything. It has three modes and when it goes on the second mode or third it turns off I took out the batteries and everything still not working help would be great! yes im a man and I like cleaning !!!
