I have an older Dirt Devil canister vac that takes the "F" bag. I haven’t used it in a while, so I went today to Wal-Mart to get a bag. They don’t sell this bag.
Is there any other bag that would be comparable, or can you not use other brand’s bags with a different brand’s vacuum?
And where in the world do you go to buy vacuum cleaner bags that has a bigger selection than Wal-Mart? Their selection was very limited, they only had two different Dirt Devil bags total.

I would try Ace Hardware. Where we used to live the Ace had a large selection of bags and filters including some odd ones that nobody else carried (and your bag too as a friend had me pick some up for him). The Ace down the street from us now has a very limited selection. But he gave us the name and location of a vacuum shop that had the parts we needed so… If you live in Deer Valley, AZ it’s on 43rd Ave in the Frys shopping center.
