vacuum machine recommendation?

I’m thinking to buy a new vacuum machine, i like dyson, becos the commercial said it’ll never loose its’ suction and bcos of the hepa flitation that caught most of the dust and allergent.
but dyson is kinda pricey to me. i am looking for other alternative good vacuum machine, right now i’m using a 10 yrs old bagged vacuum which feels kinda wimpy. My budget is below 0, i saw other brands like eureka and dirt devils, they have models that have hepa and looks similar to dyson, but how comparable are they to dyson?? any other recommendation are very much appreciated too. thank you.

  1. I love the dyson too, i would have one if i could afford it! i cant tell with one to buy but i can tell you which one NOT to buy:dirt devil is NOT worth the money! they are always on sale and its a name i know so i have bought three over the years and ended up hating them all.

  2. Go with the dyson. It’s worth the extra price. We’ve tried all of the other cheaper ones and the way my wife vacuum’s we ended up replacing them frequently.

  3. Try a Kirby store that carries used vacuums. They have
replacement bags (the outside cloth bag), cords, and clean
and rebuild them. The prices are very reasonable, and you’ll
end up with a great vacuum!

  4. Panasonic makes a good vacuum around $200 . Find a good dealer in your area and check out the different models . It’s your money and the dealer needs it so take your time and shop wisely . Never take the first thing your showed and always get the warranty it will save you money in the long run .

  5. I have an old Filter Queen that does a great job. It traps dust and allergens up to 0.9 microns. It has a cone filter that is a little pricey, but well worth it. I have a dog , a cat, and a carpenter that it can keep up with. I bought mine about 10 years ago for $300. Shop around and I’d guess you can find a good one in your price range. Good Luck!

  6. I own a dyson and although they are pricey they are well worth the money, i also was thinking, wow 400 for a vacuum, but then I decided I’m worth it why not, I love vacuuming with that thing, and it doesn’t stink like other vacuums, after a while, save a little longer and get the dyson, you won’ t regret it

  7. I have owned a bagless vaccum and a bagged one. I just bought another bagged one because, it’s a real paain to empty out the container after every room. The bag holds alot of dirt and gunk, aand I don’t have to see it.
The thing too with my bagless one is that its for people with allergys, like me, and to dump out all of the dust and stuff, makes me feel dirtier than the rooms, I sneeze and wheeze, and it was so not worth it.

  8. I own a Dyson and love it! We have 2 dogs and a cat, and our Dyson really does the job of cleaning the carpets, plus it has a reach hose that goes up 14 feet to get the cobwebs.

My advice as to Kirby: under NO circumstances let these manipulators into your home, unless you have lots and lots of money and 3 hours to waste. They will be sweet if they think you are a customer, but once they know you’re not going to be, do they ever turn ugly fast! At least that has been my experience. Go with Dyson.
