I had this dream that I was at work. I work in a restaurant, but I’m usually waitressing (in real life). In the dream I was in the kitchen making the food, and when I went to get lettuce there were a load of leeches there instead! It was really weird though because they looked kind of like worms but one was on my hand and sucked my blood and I had to pull it off. My manager spotted them and told me to get rid of them, so I tried putting them in a bag to put them in the bin, but the bag split and they went everywhere! They were all over the floor and so I started trying to sweep them up and get rid of them. When I had gotten rid of most of them, the dream changed and I was in my living room hoovering the floor. Then I sat down beside the guy I was dating (I haven’t seen him for a while now), and he was talking about how a relative of his took his money and left him forever (as far as I know, that never happened).
What does this mean? Are the two parts connected? 😮 I always have the weirdest dreams.
Leeches are typically symbols of people who take from others, usually using them for money and places to live and food, etc…. that interpretation is corroborated by the second part of the dream when the guy you used to date tells you about a relative who leeched off of him. But remember, this dream is also a message to you not to let others use you or leech off of you.
