I have a vacuum cleaner that uses a filter instead of bags.
The hose part of it works and suctions up fine, but the vacuum itself isn’t sucking up or suctioning up. I emptied the filter and its still not suctioning. Its a kenmore quick clean vaccum.
Any ideas? thanks
Look for small flat filter on the inside above the filter you emptied. It will be at top to prevent dirt from going into the motor. Clean with soapy water and let dry. This should get your vacuum working again.
Good Luck
Check to see if the hose is clogged (at my house it could be an ink pen, hair ornaments, popcycle sticks. . . . ). Everything works fine except the suction: means there is a foreign object in the hose.
Check to see if the belt is ok! and or the intake from the beater!
all three answers are right. check them all
