I was hoovering and heard something go up the hose, it didn’t sound normal so i turned it off and went to look in the bag. I decided i couldn’t look inside and so i should just leave it. when i went to put it back together the top of it was loose and it doesn’t look like there is a special way for it to sit on top but now it won’t work? it just gives out hot air and won’t suck? what do i do?
it sounds as though something is blocking it. you should knock it off at the mains and check the hose.
