I ordered this from Zenith Tech. and the service was great. I received my vacuum within 4 days of ordering and there were no problems. They emailed me with tracking and I was aware of the exact delivery time. The packaging was great and handled very well by Fed EX. I had a smooth and painless order and delivery system through Zenith. I would not hesitate or be worried about going through this company.
When I first placed my order it stated 2-6 weeks for delivery, since my vac broke and I had none. I worried a bit. But it came so quickly. Thank you Zenith.
I ordered this direct from their site and also received a steamer vac for $15-shipping only. I have not used the steam vac yet.
I have used both the canister and the upright. I replaced a 20 year old orek canister and vac which basically would not pick anything up anymore. I did extensive research on a new vacuum. I decided against a bagless option after much debate and research. Thank you to others who helped with your opinions and review video’s.
The only bad thing I can say about this vac is it feels very cheap and seems like hollow plastic. But all the other vacuums I tested in the stores felt the same way. It is just the way it is anymore with anything. They just don’t make them like they used to, due to our increased standards of living. Someone’s gotta make some money to keep a business going, so I do understand that.
Anyway, I really love this vacuum. It picks up great and is easy to use. It does an excellent job on carpet and hardwood. It is fun to use. I have swept the entire 2700 sq foot home twice this week. I love how it goes down flat to get under the beds. My allergies have improved.
The cord is extra long and it is great compared to the other vac. I can go pretty far room to room and work on the full staircase without running out of cord. This vac has amazing suction and power. During research of a good vacuum, I found that a bagless vac or any type of hose attachment to an upright vac, although convenient, just lacks the power this vac has due to direct air flow technology. Cordless vacs also don’t have the power this baby has. It is wonderful at getting up kitty litter, need I say more?
It is very light and easy to move, it also self propels which is nice. My rugs have not looked this good in a long time. I have mostly hardwood with a couple of throw and area rugs. It is easy to flip the switch on the vac from rug to hardwood.
The canister vac is one of the best I have ever used. The attachment tools are great and even my husband was impressed enough to tell me how great it was getting pet hair off the upholstery. There was a small glass jar behind a piece of furniture and I was 8 inches away with the canister vac hose attachment and the suction pulled it and rolled to the attachment. I was shocked at the power. I love the over the shoulder way to carry it and the cord is extra long. I forget that it is not cordless sometimes.
Over all I would buy this vacuum set again. The only other con is both types of vacs are loud. But you get used to it. My other vac I had for so long, that I think you get used to the way it sounds. After awhile its not too bad. It does work great, though.
I would give it 5 stars if it was not so loud or feel so cheap. But overall I am happy with my purchase. It also has a 60 day money back guarantee, so what’s not to like. Try it out. I bet you dump your old bagless vac pretty quick.

I am so happy that this vacuum cleaner came into my life. To be honest I didn’t even know that my old vacuum wasn’t doing the job right. Crazy right? Sure, I’ve seen all the infomercials our there about current cleaners on the market. I just figured that the vacuum I already owned was doing just as good a job as them. I was so wrong!

When my VT Plus S-200 arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the way it looked. The Soniclean is so beautiful! It is silver and blue and looks good standing in the corner. It is also very light. I really like that. Usually after vacuuming the whole house my arm is tired but not with the Soniclean! It is also SO powerful that it practically pulls itself along, almost like one of those self-propelled mowers.

Because my house has no carpet and I wanted to put the Soniclean through a rigorous work out I took it my boyfriend’s house. He had just finished running his vacuum and even said he didn’t think it would get up anything else. All I can say is…WOW!! When I put the setting to carpet we could feel the beater bar really going to town. I was amazed at the power! When we got to the high traffic area of the front door we could hear the sand and dirt being sucked up. We went over the area really slowly and even let it sit for just a few seconds and it just kept on coming up. I couldn’t believe it. With the light shining in the door I got down on the floor and looked at the sand rising as the beater bar did it’s job. I am really impressed! Randle has a dog with very short, coarse fur. That stiff sticks to every thing and is impossible to get off. He has a really nice cranberry colored rug in his living room and even though he had just vacuumed it was still covered in little white hairs. The Soniclean picked it up like it wasn’t even there.

Now for an unbelievable fact…after using the Soniclean in his house we took out the bag and weighed it. It was 1 pound 7 ounces! We were amazed. Randle had just ran his vacuum.

My house has no carpet and the Soniclean has 2 settings…carpet and hard floors. I was so happy to hear all the little bits and bobs being sucked up off the floor. Crumbs under the kitchen table, cedar bedding the guinea pig kicks out of his cage and even the cat littler that gets trapped and tracked around the house from the cat. Even in spots that looked clean I could hear detritus being picked up. Normally after I vacuum I get out the dust mop and go over the floor again picking up all the dust and cat hair (my hair too…sigh!). When I got it out and ran it over the floor…I was floored! Not a bit of hair!! Not a speck of dust!! And!!! Because the handle is adjustable I was able to get under the furniture so I didn’t even need to use the dust mop under there! Sigh…my cleaning has become so easy. I even used it to vacuum the mattresses in every bedroom. I’m so happy!

Oh yeah…I almost forgot…the cord is so long I can almost do the whole house without changing outlets!

Now let me tell you how the hand-held vacuum has changed my life.

This little thing is 8 pieces of wonderfulness. No more taking down the mini blinds to clean them! No more standing in a chair and holding the vacuum up in one hand while I use the other to hold the hose extension up because it’s too short to reach the ceiling fans. I have used it to clean upholstery, blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, book shelves, empty drawers, behind the fridge, washer and dryer. It has a handy strap so I can carry it on my shoulder and is light weight. It comes with a bag to hold all the attachments and is so easy to use.

I really cannot imagine my cleaning routine without these two products.
