After storing my beautiful white square dance petticoat in a plastic bag for several years, I found that it had a hugh yellow stain on the edge where it can be seen. I have no idea what it is. Is there anything I can soak it in to remove it this ugly stain?

I presoak everything in dishwasher detergent. It contains phosphates, which no other presoak does. I have even cleaned up a wool sweater with it. Cheap, and always in the house.
