How to clean velvet material on outside of handbag?

hi need help to clarify doubt about: : How to clean velvet material on outside of handbag?
I own a handbag made by Juicy Couture that I believe the material I am trying to clean is velvet. It is light pink material and it has a lot of light brown stains covering it. I do not know where these stains are from, as the handbag was previously owned. Is there any way that I can attempt to save this bag? What do I clean it with and how? Thanks.

Juicy Couture and velvet? Dry Clean Only. Definitely.

I’m sure a good dry cleaner can get those stains out for you.
