  1. I don’t think you can, unless you can put the thing in reverse, because you need it to blow, not suck.
    However, if you have a blow drier with a "cold" setting, you can use that, though it takes like a million years.

  2. If your vacuum has a port where air comes out and if the hose will fit that port. Then you have to devise a "funnel" to funnel the air into the air mattress……that’s that hard part.

  3. If your vac has a blow port. Connect the hose , other end close it off with duct tape. Stab a piece of a ballpoint pen in and seal that. the pen piece should fit in the air mattress nozzle.
