We are thinking about getting those storage space vacuum bags that you see on tv, where you put all your clothes in a bag and it shrinks up smaller. We are trying to move and need to pack up as much into a car as possible. Does anybody have these? Is a worthwhile investment?
I bought them and use them for international travel every year! I’ve had mine for 4 or 5 years now and love them! Make sure to buy the Space Bags brand because I’ve bought other brands (they were cheaper) and they either didn’t work well, or only lasted one use.
I have a few different sizes. I like using the Extra Large, and Large the best, although I also use the medium size for some things. I personally don’t like the travel size because you have to roll it instead of using a vacuum and in my experience, it just makes things bunch up.
When I am not using my space bags for travel, I use them here at the house to help store clothes that are out of season, blankets, and formal attire for my husband and myself. They’re great!
