Pipe cleaner and soapy water.

boil it…or use a paper clip or pipe cleaner
Not exactly quick, but it will make it good as new.
Get a ziplock bag and fill it with rubbing alcohol. Fill the pipe with salt. Let the pipe soak in the bag over night, make sure it is completely submerged.
Next day shake the hell out of the pipe and then flush it out with hot water. Should be as clean as the day you bought it.
