What is the very best vacuum cleaner for picking up dog fur from a…

I have two very large Labradors. I presently vacuum 3 times a day and I would like a vacuum that is bagless and actually removes the dog fur from the carpet on the first run. I tried the Oreck and it is a great vacuum, but for as much as I need to use it, it is impossible for me to keep buying the bags for it. They are expensive and I can actually fill one a day so that’s out of the question. It’s just not feasible for me to continue using a vacuum with bags.

  1. i have a dyson and its fantastic could not be without it and if you look in argos there is a full range of there products and they do one for animals

  2. The Dyson for sure!!! It is worth every penny!!! My father has a lung condition irritated by everything and I have a Brussels Griffon. I vacuum every other day and there is no hair in sight!

  3. DYSON is right. Mine is quiet, clean and it really sucks! But of course sucking is good when it comes to a vacuum.

  4. dyson- I’ve got a ‘monster’ and I can’t believe what it gets out of the carpet.
and no, I’m not getting a kickback from the advertising- wish I were. I’ve used oreck and hoover and others. Dyson’s the best

  5. Dyson! I have 4 dogs and I love my Dyson. No bags, no filters. It’s the most user friendly vacuum I’ve had. Even dumping the cannister is a breeze. It clicks out of the vacuum, you stick the bottom of it in the trash can et just pull a trigger to open the hinged bottom.

  6. I’ve never heard of Dyson like everyone is saying! But I use an Oreck. I love it. I have a cocker-poo, shih-tzu and golden retriever and the Oreck works great for me! I vacuum 1X a day and it picks up every hair in sight. Good luck!
