I bought it October 1999 and I need bags and could use servicing/maintenance.

Any good vaccuum service place can service your tri star. I have had one for at least 20 years and it is still working like brand new. I have had to change the hose on it but I just buy the parts and change the drive belts in the power nozle myself but I get the parts at any place that services small appliances.

Call information and ask for a Tristar listing in your state.
When we moved i had to find bags for mine too so i just
called information. The one nearest to me is 75 miles away
so i just sent them the money and they mailed me the bags.
Hope you can find one closer to you.
