I have a really nice vacuum. I’ve had it for a while, maybe a few years, and it doesn’t use vacuum bags. Lately its been blowing dust out from the front. Can this be fixed? The vacuum still works really good it just blows dust out from the front where the hinge is between the spine of the vacuum and the bottom.

Most likely one of the filters is clogged…Take the vacuum outside and remove all the easily removable portions. Wash out the filters and removable canister. Turn the vacuum upside down and rap it till the dust clears. Be sure the hose is clear with a broom handle and check the beater area for obstructions.
make sure there are no cracks where the dust is coming out.
look and see if its cracked in that area….if so, use duct tape( works wonders) or if warranty still good take the sucker in
It is either a clogged filter, a cracked housing, or both. (Depending on the model, there could also be a gasket).
