mdog need help to clarify doubt about: : Why is my vacuum cleaner so loud all of a sudden?
Every time I vacuum dust comes out of the filter, which has never happened before. Could the filter have anything to do with how loud it’s gotten?
I forgot to mention that it’s bagless

Check the bag for holes, filter for blockages, and belts to make sure they are operating properly.

Clean filter, clean bag, be sure hose is clear. If still noisy, check the belt(s).
Replace the replaceable parts: filter, bag, and belts. If it’s one of the ‘regular’ brands (Hoover, Bissell, Eureka), you can find all the parts at Walmart.
Also check to see if the hose is clogged – that will force whatever you are vacuuming out anywhere air is released. It happened to me once, and I used a long dowel rod to dislodge the clog.
Your vacuum require maintenance. Please check with the motor and filter bag. If you do not have confidence to check it then do not try at home give it to repair.
