    This package contains 2 belts for various Bissell vacuums (list below). You need a new belt for your vacuum if the beater brush stops spinning or you smell “burning rubber” (which indicates that the belt is stretched & worn out).

    The Model # printed on the belt is 3031120 however you may have a different part # depending on your old belt (my old belt was labelled 3031123 but the new one fits fine). The # on the belt package is “Model 32074”.
    I do not understand why there are so many different #s as this only serves to confuse matters as to which belt you really need!

    Anyway, the packaging says that it fits style 7, 9, 10, 12, 16 belts and can be used on the following models:
    Rewind Series: Rewind Premier Pet / Rewind Premium Pet / Rewind Power Helix / Rewind SmartClean / Rewind PowerClean
    (Series 44M3 / 67F8 /84G9 / 58F8 / 18M9 / 26T5)

    I can confirm that these belts work on the Cleanview Helix 21K3/22C1/82H1 Series vacuums.

    Changing belts makes a big difference, November 5, 2007

    I have had a Bissell vacuum and I love it. After about an year of use, the belt started to slip, so I bought these belts and new filters and changed them. The vacuum is as good as new.
