  1. I have them and they arent good for traveling but i have a huge blanket that i store in one and it works really good for that!! mine have never leaked!

  2. My wife buy’s those and it seems like after a time they lose their seal and air gets in them.

  3. my wife seen them on t.v. and just had to have them so we got them and only used it once but when we opened them we never used them again the became puppy pads and we had to through them away

  4. na hell na they suck they do work for a while but eventually either rip or the air just gets back in…dont buy them your better off not…

  5. I’ve got some in the loft at the moment! They have saved space and seem fine but have only been there for about 1 month, so don’t think I can give you a definite answer yet.

  6. My daughter used those but they weren’t the brand that was advertised on TV. They were good enough for her to pack a lot of things in her suitcase when she moved but she said that they really weren’t that good but at least served their purpose for her plane flight. The ones on TV may be better quality.

  7. I could not get them to work right–most of them sprung a leak on the spot and wouldn’t compress as advertised. They seem to have a pretty limited capacity, which sort of offsets any space saving you get, even if you can get them to work right.

You would probably be better off with good quality plastic containers such as under the bed boxes, etc.
The clear ones work well for being able to see the contents, but for some reason these seem more "brittle" and susceptible to changes in temperature if stored in non temp-controlled environments.

  8. Save yourself the money and just start at the closed end of the bag you want to seal, and roll it up or press out the air yourself and zip it shut (if you have a large zipper type bag). You can use the same technique with almost any plastic bag and if it doesn’t have a ziploc, you can fold it over a couple of times (while still keeping pressure on it to keep air out) and seal it shut with masking tape, and make sure the tape covers all the sides of the edge you fold over so the air doesn’t get back in.

  9. For the most part they do not work except for the tote bag style ones that have 2 zippers, they work great.
