IT SUCKS!!,
Yes it really sucks – in the best way! I’ve previously used a Hoover consumer vac for 10 years before it finally gave up the ghost from what I consider normal wear and tear. This commercial version is worth the modest premium in price. It is built well and is easy to use. Most importantly, it is the best cleaning vac on both bare floor and carpet that I’ve ever used. If you want a quality, highly effective product, buy it!

Great vaccum, terrible power cord!,
I’m a professional cleaner, after doing my research I chose to go with this vacuum for a number of reasons. I’ve had it for a month now, have cleaned several homes and have been very happy with it’s performance as it is a tough, powerful vacuum. My only beef with it is the power cord, it’s made of a softer material than other vac power cords, as a result it doesn’t take much to put a nick into the cord. After having ran over the cord a few times there are several nicks exposing wires for which I will now have to replace. I’ve never seen a vacuum do this, it’s rather disappointing considering it’s supposed to be “commercial grade”. For the light home user perhaps it’s not an issue, just be sure you don’t run over your power cord.
