The Hoover model 425 was manufactured in 1932 through 1933. This cleaner is a very light weight machine with black painted motor cover and black triangle traditional badge on the chassis, that signifies, “It Beats, as it Sweeps, as it Cleans”. Another very clever slogan for a vacuum cleaner of that time period. This machine has the bag that is original to the Hoover model 300. This bag was rarely if ever used. It’s in perfect condition. There isn’t a fade mark or snag anywhere. This Hoover 425 cleans beautifully!
